Get Your Brunch On: Bottomless Mimosas in Los Angeles

Just hearing the word brunch makes my stomach grumble. Nothing sounds better on a Sunday morning than hearty breakfast foods. On second thought, there is one thing that sounds better: endless mimosas. On any given weekend in Los Angeles, you can find numerous restaurants offering brunch and bottomless drink specials. Whether you’re looking for a Sunday Funday with friends or you’re starting to make Easter brunch plans, I’ve found several places that people have deemed as their favorite endless mimosa go-to spots.

Gallagher’s Irish Pub and Grill

To start off our list is Gallagher’s Irish Pub and Grill (Long Beach). On Saturdays and Sundays, the pub offers bottomless mimosas or double bloody marys from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $6 with purchase of an entree. Gallagher’s has been offering gourmet Irish food for more than 25 years, and continues to be a success.

The Phoenix

If you like your bottomless mimosa brunch with some fun and games, then I would definitely check out The Phoenix (Beverly Hills). For $22 you'll get your bottomless mimosas plus your choice of one of their brunch food menu items like Cranberry French Toast with mascarpone or Eggs Benedict Arnold. The Phoenix also keeps the good times going with plenty of game options including a giant Jenga display outside and various board games at your table. We had a blast (see below)!

The Phoenix - 14 N La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 (310) 289-5925

Sophie’s Place

Another beach city brunch spot is Sophie’s Place (Redondo Beach). They serve unlimited mimosas for $14 on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you’re not a fan of mimosas, you can also purchase unlimited bloody marys for $16. Guests can sit inside or outside on the patio. Sophie’s is located just a few blocks away from the beach, so if time allots, it’s always nice to take a stroll down the street to check out cute boutiques or watch the waves as you bury your toes in the warm sand. Do be warned, there is mostly metered parking available so make sure to bring quarters with you!

Sophie’s Place - 1708 S Catalina Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 (310) 540-8484

The Waffle

Though not as close to the beach, The Waffle (Hollywood) is still in an ideal location right in the heart of Hollywood. This restaurant is a local favorite, and I can see why since they serve $12 endless mimosas every day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Waffle is a diner-style restaurant and provides indoor and outdoor seating. If no one is available to join you, but you’re just craving a meal and drinks from The Waffle, that’s OK, bring your dog! The restaurant’s patio is dog-friendly.

The Waffle - 6255 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 (323) 465-6901
Malibu Cafe

Yet another beautiful brunch location is Malibu Café located at Calamigos Ranch (Malibu). On Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., they serve endless mimosas for $15. If you are there to eat and not just drink, here comes a hot tip: the café provides unlimited amounts of complimentary champagne with the purchase of a brunch entrée. It is $3 per carafe of orange juice, which depending on your preference of champagne to OJ ratio, may be a less expensive route to endless mimosas. Unlike other restaurants, Malibu Café is home to more attractions besides just food. There are ping pong and pool tables, live music, and paddle boats to ride after your meal- and it’s all free! What a great way to relax after brunch!

Malibu Café - 327 Latigo Canyon Rd, Malibu, CA 90265 (818) 540-2400

Napa Valley Grille

Last but certainly not least, is Napa Valley Grille (Westwood). This restaurant offers bottomless mimosas for $12 every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. If a bloody mary or sangria is what you desire, both of these cocktails are offered for $4 a glass.

Napa Valley Grille - 1100 Glendon Ave #100, Los Angeles, CA 90024 (310) 824-3322

Now, of course there are an array of restaurants and bars that serve brunch and have endless mimosa deals, but these were just a few that I have either personally enjoyed, or that a friend has recommended. Hopefully this list will help you decide on where to go for your next brunch and bottomless mimosa adventure.
