I can’t believe we’re already in mid December! The holidays are actually here and I’ve been getting in the spirit…literally! Ha ha. This year I decided to combine my holiday baking and cocktailing. Anyway, the other day I went grocery shopping to prepare for my big day of baking and of course when I got home and was ready to make my first dessert, I realized I had forgot to get one item. I was so bummed, but then I got to thinking and decided to come up with my own recipe with only 3 ingredients. That’s right, I was able to make my White Chocolate-Dipped Peppermint Oreos with only 3 ingredients and I didn’t even have to use the stove. This is probably the easiest Christmas cookie you will ever make!
These White Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Oreos are so delicious and so festive! After dipping your mint Oreo cookies into the white chocolate, simply sprinkle on peppermint sprinkles. You can buy the sprinkles pre-made or make your own by smashing candy canes in a Ziploc bag. Also, if you can’t find the white chocolate coating below, you can always melt white chocolate chips down and use them. By the way, above is Storm, the rescue kitten found in the storm drain that I adopted from Miami in September. For all of you that are curious, she's adapting well but she's got a lot to learn!

Heat up white chocolate dip according to package instructions. Did Oreo cookies in half way covering both sides equally. Place dipped cookies on a wax paper sheet on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with peppermint sprinkles. Once all of the cookies fill the cookie sheet, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up the white chocolate. Remove from freezer and enjoy!
