Pumpkin fans, do I have the recipe for you! Love hummus but want to spice things up? Then you have to try my new Pumpkin Spice Hummus. This dreamy hummus is a perfect dish to get you in the mood for fall food.
Once you shell the garbanzo beans, the rest of the recipe is so easy. Toss all of the ingredients into a food processor and voila – pumpkin spice hummus in a few hot seconds. This pumpkin spice hummus also pairs wonderfully with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Crisps, and hummus would be perfect as an appetizer at your Halloween party.

1. Drain and shell chickpeas.
2. Add all ingredients and blend in a food processor until rich and creamy. If you like your hummus thicker, adjust water to only 2 tablespoons.
3. Drizzle with a litte evoo and garnish with toasted sunflower seeds or pumpkin spiced pumpkin seeds from Trader Joe’s (if you want to go all in on the pumpkin spice).
