Maggiano's Meal for Two Deal is the Perfect L.A. Dinner Date Option.

I'm here to tell you about one of the best dinner for two deals around. It's called Marco's "Meal for Two" at Maggiano's and it's my boyfriend and I's new go-to dinner deal in Los Angeles. When we are not exploring new happy hours, you can catch us at the Grove in Los Angeles, ordering up loads of pasta and taking just as much home - seriously.

For appetizer options, you can pick from salads or an appetizers. The first time we took advantage of this deal, my guy and I opted for the salads and the second time we tried the Chicken Sausage Flatbread. Yes, the salads were good, but we give a big thumbs up for the flatbread. It's crispy, crunchy and the crumbly sausage and cheese makes it almost a meal on its own. Other appetizers options include Calamari Fritti, Stuffed Mushrooms, Sausage and Peppers, Steamed Mussels, Crispy Zucchini Fritte, Mozzarella Marinara, Bruschetta and more. The classic pasta options are slightly limited but they are still great. My guy and I have formed a pattern now, each always getting the Spaghetti and Meatballs, and for a couple dollars extra, we can include their famous Lasagna. These two dishes are consistent and enjoyable and be reminded you get, yes, another two entrees to take home with you.

We've also only stuck with the same two desserts: the New York Style Cheesecake and the Chocolate Zuccotto Cake. The cheesecake was lovely and we actually added some chocolate-Cabernet sauce from BV vineyards once we got home to it. Divine. The Chocolate Zuccotto Cake is crazy big and lasted us for two desserts servings once we got home. If you want decadence on a plate, then the Chocolate Zuccotto Cake will make you smile with delight.
