The LoveHappyHour.com team is crazy excited about all of the new happy hours on the L.A. block. We’ve rounded up some serious happy hour action and we think you should take notice because these spots are legit. Whether these Los Angeles happy hour spots serve up gourmet sandwiches, seafood or sexy patrons, each of them have one thing in common; they’ve decided to start happy hour and we love them for that. Now let’s show them some support so they keep it going….
Finding out that Culina at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills launched happy hour recently made us feel like celebrating Christmas in May. We’re always up for upscale happy hour Italian style so will be stopping by soon to see if their “apertivo” was worth the wait. Culina’s happy hour runs Monday – Friday, 6pm to 8pm and includes $6 crudo plates.
Culina - 300 S Doheny Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90048 (310) 860-4000A new pop-up happy hour we noticed next to the La Brea Target is the bustling sandwich shop Mendicino Farms. From 5pm to close daily, Mendocino Farms has happy hour specials on drinks including $3 glasses of house wine and $4 beers. According to their sign, this may be for a limited time only so go their happy hour before it’s gone!
Mendocino Farms - 7100 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046 (323) 654-6686Jesse Gomez (Mercado) has done it again and this time he’s focusing on Studio City. He’s a man who owns his happy hours; Gomez starts his happy hour specials when his locations open – not months and months later. Drink prices range from $4 draft beers to a $9 Cadillac margarita and we suggest you give their $6 Oysters Rajafeller a go.
Maradentro - 11929 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604 (818) 358-3423After only a month or so after the doors to Toca Madera opened, word’s out the spicy “club-like" venue now offers happy hour. The happy hour prices at Toca Madera run on the higher side with $8 drinks, but hey, it’s a lot better than paying for one of their $15 ones, right?
Toca Madera - 8450 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048 (323) 852-9400This happy hour didn’t start this month, but it’s still fairly new and what’s news to us is the fact that they do happy hour all night at their bar on Wednesdays! We stopped in recently for their daily happy hour from 5pm – 6:30pm and the half price glasses of wine and great food really won us over.
Cooks County - 8009 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048 (323) 653-8009Rush Street is no stranger to happy hour, but this month they’ve launched a whole new happy hour menu with $5 - $9 bites including tempura cauliflower, spicy Ahi tuna tacos, dry-aged beef sliders and baked mac n’ cheese. 7 specialty cocktails are also offered at $7 each.
