It’s about that time when we can begin planning our Labor Day weekend. The Taste, presented by the Los Angeles Times, is one of L.A.’s biggest foodie events. It is set to begin Friday, Aug. 29th and go until Sunday, Aug. 31st. According to the L.A. Times, The Taste is said to be an annual celebration of Southern California’s vibrant, influential culinary scene.
Opening night tickets are $150. Tickets for the other four events range from $100-$125. Weekend passes, which will allow access to all the events except opening night, are available for $299. There are discounted prices available for Times members. All of the events, except the Sunday Brunch, are 21 and over.
The Taste is a huge event located at the Paramount Pictures Studios’ iconic back lot. Not only is it fun, but it also gives you a better look at the L.A. foodie culture and may inspire you to cook new dishes or try new restaurants. This is a highly recommended summer event, so don’t wait another year to experience it for yourself!
