Super Bowl Sunday – Los Angeles 2012 - Happy Hours

Super Bowl Sunday is approaching rapidly, and whether you’re a Giants or a Patriots fan, finding happy hour prices during the game is always a win-win situation.  So if the usual house party invites aren’t appealing to you this year, tailgate at some nearby venues that will deliver some financial safeties.

Saint Felix in West Hollywood is having their 1st Annual Super Bowl party on Sunday the 5th with Happy Hour running all game long. ½ off beer, wine, signature drinks and enticing food specials are encouragement enough to stop be this WeHo hot spot.

The Cat and Fiddle (Hollywood) is throwing a deal-worthy party as well for football fans this Sunday. At the 3:30pm kick-off, football and booze fans can purchase $1.50 sliders, $5 Bloody Marys and $15 beer buckets while catching the game on one of their 5 multiple screens.

Isla Cantina in West Hollywood will be serving up free fusion shots, 2 for 1 specialty drinks, $3 Miller Lite and draft beer during this Sunday’s game. Isla will also be holding raffles and prize drawings for their football pool.

For some more Hollywood action, Te’Kila is offering Super Bowl Happy Hour specials from 4pm to 8pm. In addition the Happy Hour deals, you can score $3 domestic pints, $15 beer pitchers and a $20 game day special that includes 12 wings, 4 tacos and a pitcher of beer – well played!

We don’t usually relate “Irish Pub” to football, but we’ll definitely make an exception for Casey’s Irish Pub in Downtown Los Angeles. Starting at 11:30am this Super Bowl Sunday, Casey’s will have ALL DAY Happy Hour! Their Happy Hour boasts $PBRs, $4 Well Cocktails, $5 Jameson Pickle Backs (huh?) and $1 home-made pub fries with a beer purchase.

The gastropub on 3rd St, The Churchill, has become a recent neighboorhood favorite, and during the game, specials including, $4 Modelo Especial, $4 drafts, wines, well drinks and $6 Svedka Infusions will be served for their new fans. A $10 slider deal (2 sliders including fries) with your choice of beef, chicken or pork is available as well.

For a taste of Beverly Hills, check out Taberna Mexicana. Their extensive $4 Happy Hour menu will be served all day and during the game on Super Bowl Sunday, with the option of a four-course $20 buffet. Try the $4 Taberna Margarita with fresh jalepeno - it's a must!

If you happen to be near the beach cities, head on down to Chelsea Lounge in Hermosa beach where deals go all game: $9 pitchers of Bud Light, $12 pitchers of Stella, $6 well drinks $4 domestic bottles and $5 imports.

Birds in Hollywood has free halftime hotwings, plus a $3 happy hour from 4pm - 6pm. Yes, $3 - now that's a real field goal!

Whether you are in the mood for one of their classic martinis or 10 flavors of mimosas, Lola's in West Hollywood is throwing in a $15 all-can-drink Fat Tire (on tap) deal for the game. Happy Hour ensues at 5:30pm and lasts until 7:30pm with specials on drinks and food.

Enjoy the game and drink responsibly!
